Menu pricing calculator
Price a dish or special. Start with a food cost you already know, or work it out from package prices, amounts used and usable yield. Compare up to three selling prices.
Catering pricing calculator
Estimate a job for a set number of guests: scaled food, packaging, labor, rentals, travel and more. Get an internal cost sheet and a separate customer estimate.
How it works
- Enter your real numbers. Package prices, sizes and the amounts you use. Nothing is looked up for you, and nothing is assumed.
- See the math. Every result has an “Expand calculation” section showing the inputs and the formula behind it.
- Save or print. Keep projects on your device, export a backup, or print a costing sheet or customer estimate from your browser.
What it does not do
It does not track inventory, connect to suppliers or a point-of-sale system, look up live ingredient prices, give tax advice or guess what customers will pay. The price it suggests is simply the price that meets the food-cost target you choose.
Your recipes stay yours
Calculations run entirely in your browser. Recipes, prices and quotes are saved only on your device, and this site does not send them anywhere. Because browser storage can be cleared, use the export button to keep a backup. Read the privacy notice for details.
